This week’s vlog of the week is a travel vlog channel that I have seen putting out incredibly high-quality content. Iz Harris makes vlogs for little 3 or 4 day trips all over the world, taking you through their (her and her husband) time in a location. It is inherently clear through the vlog they do a good amount of research finding not only the typical tourist attractions but also some of the smaller quirky amenities in a location.
Travelling to a location it is often hard to really know what it will be like, there is always photos of a place you plan on going but that doesn’t really give you an idea as to what your actual experience will be. Iz’s videos really help with this, incredibly well shot cinematic vlogs of a trip, showing you the sites to see and the places to go. They do the research, find the best places to go other than the typical tourist locations and find those locations that generally only locals know about, which in my opinion is the best way to travel. Not only that but they are incredibly entertaining to watch.
This like the last post’s channel I am ever impressed what can be accomplished with a mirrorless camera with a cheap mic. TV documentary worthy content but with the impressionability and honest feel of the vlog style content.
