The lens box was old and worn on the edges, when opened, the packaging & bubble wrap bag were not neat and tidy but were adequate, there was a piece of paper with the serial number and Sony brand etc on it, the serial number did not match the one on the box & lens. Looks like a new or ex demo lens has been shipped in an old box. The lens works perfectly & seems new so ok but 4 stars. Registered ok

Exactly as described and delivery prompt. Ordered case as well for 13 pro max. Solid piece of kit, now hopefully I’ll get some use out of this £1k phone!
